Our Kangaroo Island Accommodation
Our Kangaroo Island accommodation offers two secluded properties, each within a few paces of Brown’s Beach. The three bedroom Beach House provides comfortable holiday accommodation for six whilst Georgina’s Place with its open plan layout is ideal for a couple, or two adults and up to two children.
At both properties you will arrive with the beds made and house prepared, all linen and towels are provided, so you could even start with a nap to relax straight into your holiday! Or maybe you’ll want to walk straight out the door and onto the beach.
From our beach accommodation you can walk along Brown’s Beach as far as the point 2.5 kms away or you can continue on for further adventure. Swim, lounge on the sand, snorkel, try your hand at fishing…or just sit and read with the gentle sounds of the beach in the background.
Both the Beach House and Georgina’s Place have BBQs and covered outdoor dining facilities so breakfast, lunch and dinner can all be taken outside surrounded by the silence of the native bush setting, with views down to the beach.
We want your stay to be hassle free so we provide a range of basic groceries in the house so you don’t have to dash to the ‘local store’ in Penneshaw (15kms away) for the salt, oil, or flour…..

Georgina’s Place
Georgina’s Place offers totally private, secluded Kangaroo Island holiday accommodation. The building is a simple, architect designed, open plan cedar house on stilts. Surrounded on two sides by a 3m wide shaded deck, you look out onto tranquil bushland and is only 20 short paces down to Brown’s Beach.
