How To Get There

Starting off your holiday and getting to your Kangaroo Island accommodation is an adventure in itself. You have the option of travelling by air or sea to kick off your stay, but rest assured, once on the Island you are a world away. Our holiday accommodation is a short drive from the ferry at Penneshaw or the airport at Kingscote. The main roads on the island are sealed but care needs to be taken once onto the unsealed roads as they can be dangerous if attempted at speed.

Our secluded holiday accommodation on Kangaroo Island is located within metres of Brown’s Beach and is accessed from a track off Hog Bay Road. Detailed directions for driving to the properties are provided upon booking.

The route from Adelaide passes through the famous McLaren Vale wine district and the ferry trip itself takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Penneshaw you are only a 15 minutes drive from our Kangaroo Island accommodation.
